Everytime I do doordash or uber eats, this store always decorates my cup or my bag! I used to order almost every week but with bills its hard to keep it going. I appreciate you guys!

Speedy service, good coffee, usual Starbucks. I don’t generally write reviews but each time I go, I always find myself wishing to encounter David at the drive thru window. He is so sweet and friendly, he always puts a smile on my face. At this point, I’m paying for the service rather than the goods. David deserves a damn raise how hard he works to greet each and every customer with a smile and learn their name - no matter how short the interaction is! So much love for that employee!!

I just have to leave a 5 star review this morning as I'm sipping on my PERFECTLY made venti coffee from this store!! I regretfully woke up late this morning, didn't make my coffee at home, and didn't have enough time for a coffee stop on my way to work. I work on campus and all the Purdue coffee shops are closed this week, so I had no choice (lol) but to order my coffee via DoorDash (cringe). The DoorDash app doesn't let you customize your drink as much as the Starbucks app (i.e. when I order a splash of vanilla sweet cream, SB app lets me choose how much I want, DD app does not). Since this coffee was going to cost me nearly 15 dollars before tip (DD fees), I wanted to ensure it was going to taste the way I like! I called the store before I placed my order on the app just to see if it was possible, and the barista was SO kind about my request. I wish I would've asked for her name. She said, "No problem at all, I'll be on the lookout for an order for Elizabeth and make sure you get extra sweet cream!" When it arrived, it had a cute note with a smiley face. The best part? It was absolutely the most perfect drink I've ever had from Starbucks. That's the kind of customer service that leaves a lasting impression on a customer. Small acts of kindness go a long way. Well done, and thank you! You saved this sleep-deprived mom from being grouchy and/or falling asleep at her desk.
